My son admitted in hospital for pnemonia fever after discharge he has continuous cough and tried several syrups with doc consultation it does not works , but finally asthalin works but issue is if we stop taking asthalin cough syrup cough remains , taking cough syrup more than 2 months, when it will cure and what is your advice

A. hello too long duration of giving cough syrup especially is not at all a good idea check of nebulization can be given and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
