Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. uIn such a case  clinical assessment is needed once so  you should contact your nearby doctor or local physician to get  physical examination done  for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given it wilgrl be better .

give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning

yes sometimes it happens because of overstimulation or indigestion that is caused by eating outside food items
so now , start giving easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc
keep your child well hydrated
