My son, Aaditya has mild throat infection with running nose since last two days. we have given him a pinch of shitopladi with honey twice a day with application of balm on chest and throat area. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.
don't use balm.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. I feel. it's good and safe to show your kid to your doctor and follow their advise. That would be the best and safest option for your baby. As doctors know exactly our baby body condition and can treat it right and immediately.
