my son 9 years was having fever and now he is bit ok and is on antibiotics for 2 days azithral.xray of chest report.what it means

A. thank u sir...sir sometimes small reddish mole like come out on my son face during fever..n it disappears after few days

A. continue same medicine it takes 5 to 7 days for change to reverse take follow up after 3 days with the dr follow the advice given by the doctor r
