Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. yes it is fien fir baby .Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.

Hi Yes when a child is vomiting with a lot of pressure then there could be a possibility that the Milk is going to come out from the nose as well but that is mostly due to 99% of the cases due to overfeeding only so avoid over feeding your child even by mistake because that’s the only reason
