Q.
My son 50 days old. He is suffering from cold and cough. Drops were given as prescribed by doctor. Don't know how to remove mucus from his nose? It's irritating him alot. Can I use bulb syringe to remove mucus for my 50 days old baby.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there is no problem in using nasal aspirator to decrease the laser blockage but the important thing isx that it has to be properly clean and hygiene has to be maintained. if not cleaned properly it can lead to recurrent respiratory tract infections.
go for material likex silicon which are heat resistant and can be boiled for sterilization.
