Did you mean not speaking well or speaking less words compared to age???
If baby is speaking less words not speaking sentences by 3 years babies Start speaking sentences,70-100 words can respond to commands and reply to our commands.
If baby is speaking less,not giving reply or not responding to simple commands,no direct eye contact,not recognizing colours then need to consult developmental pediatrician.
