my son 4 yr old have a dry cough. which syrup and antibiotics is best for dry cough Please suggest

Cherricof junior would be good you can give it three times in the day with a gap of eight hours it’s a good medicine and antibiotics should not be given to the child randomly for everything it really is not good for your child also for the liver of the child
