my son 3 months 4 days old.shall i give normal dairy milk to him?

I I like to tell you that full cream dairy milk or animal bill can only be started after the age of 13 months not before that and before that for six months you exclusively breastfeed the child if you do not have it sufficiently then you can use formula feeding up till the age of one year
