my son 2yrs 10 month is having cough , its been 2weeks now n when ever he runs and get excited he coughs. what could be the reason? pl help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. infectionFurther in the baby ascoril LS syrup cCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
