my son 22months old. still not started speaking. is it normal?

Yes some kids catch up on their speech by the age of 2 1/2 years also that’s normal but right now what is more important than this is such a child should be understanding and responding well to everything if understanding is there then it is not a problem try and communicate more with your child and do not give any screen time specially mobile
