Q.
my son ( 2 months) is having lot of gas issue.... motion happen 3 - 4 days of gap....he is on breasfeed.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very imporhdtant.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid dropsv can be given.

Constipation is common in breast feed babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry
Secondly
apply mamaearth tummy roll on or give colic aid or gastica drops to ur baby.
this will help to expel gas from stomach and give relief to baby.
