my son 2.6 yrs old is having black spots on tongue, is it due to iron deficiency. please let me know how to cure these black spots. he is not allowing to brush his teeth also.

A. Hi black spots in babies over tongue and gums can be due to melanin pigmentation. kindly consult with your pediatrician for better examination of this condition. maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily.
