the growth of the child that you have mentioned is within normal limits and there is no need to worry and you have to give the diet according to the age of the child and meet your doctor regularly for proper assessment

so please don't take stress for this.
give all type of food made from cereals , pulses , vegetables ,milk and fruits to the child.
