Q.
my son 10 months older. he suffering from cold and runny nose for two weeks Doctor gave some drops but not cured pls tell me some home remedies.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness that may occur with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it may be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestionion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it it will be better to take only under medical guidance.
