Q.

my son 1 year old now he have fever frkm 3 days we cinsulted doctor given some medication intaking also but when he intaking medication fever comletly controled then after 6hr again he have high fever i m very tensed its dengue symptoms?

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated affter 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid prepbarations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
