My son (1.5 years) is having hardened plaque on his teeth. I am making him brush twice a day but not reducing and recently he developed pits on his front two teeth.. Any solutions please

A. It is better to visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist as the pits have no home remedies. you will habe to get a proper diagnosis after clinical examination and in case those are cavities it needs to be filled.
