my six month baby got fever. p-125 drops how much i can give. last time my baby got fever due to vaccination dr prescribe p-125 drops but present i forgot how many drops can give so please suggest me

A. the baby is 5 months of age is baby is having fever after vaccination you can give paracetamol drops but the doors will depends on the weight of the baby e and an average you can give 0.5 ml 3 times a day
