my second pregnancy time first kid sleeping on my tummy it's safe or not

A. See you haven’t given any details about your time of pregnancy or the age of your child but during the time of pregnancy it would not be good that you make your child sleep on your tummy no matter what the age is it’s not good for You of your coming child right now
