A. Gently rub your baby’s tummy, making circles in clockwise direction. Take care not to press too hard. Try to feed baby in elevated position. Burp well baby in between feeds and burp well after every feed. Give tummy time to baby if baby is comfortable. Just try to give warm compress over tummy for instant relief. Just soak a towel in warm water and squeeze water and gently press over tummy. Avoid gassy foods if your breastfeeding. Do cycling exercises to baby its very effective.
