Q.

my periods not came in may month but in previous months I had regular periods only dates were changing .... this happened first time after my second delivery (20th july 2023)...which diet I can take Or any other reasons behind this?

A. if u are breastfeeding your child the period gets delayed and if it's happening on a regular basis then u should ask ur gynaecologist

A. Have you taken a pregnancy test because sometimes pregnancy can be a very big reason where you can skip on your periods and if you’re not pregnant then it could be due to hormonal imbalance so just check with your doctor they will help you with medications to regularise your hormones and period cycle
