Q.

My periods are regular but the flow is only for 2 days, 3rd day is very less flow and 4th day is only spotting. Please suggest if this is normal or not?

A. check your hemoglobin level if it is normal than nothing to worry about.The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

A. it is normal it is same for me also as after delivery there wl be less in flow take care any problem or heavy bleeding then reach the doc... hv healthy and balanced diet
