Q.
My one year old boy is having fever. And he is sneezing occasionally. I have given PCM. What else i should give?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral disease that may occur with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it may be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper ddose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it it will be better to take only under mledical guidance.so please get examination and treatment done by your pediatricioan it will be better.it is not advisable to self medicate
