my one month old baby stool is red in colour, what is the reason please tell me

A. The Red colour is due to blood in the motion so I think it is a some stomach infection that your child is suffering from so it would be advisable for you to get a stool test done after consulting your paediatrician and accordingly the cried course of antibiotics can be suggested
