KhairunishaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Note the consistency and no. of times in a day. Generally babies will peeing n pooping frequently in a day. it's normal. but should consult pead if more than normal pooping.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. please check the consistency of the motion if it is not completely like water then you don't have to worry about it if it is completely liquid in that case I would recommend you to try to visit your pediatrician
