My nipples are flat.I am unable to breastfeed my baby what to do currently I am using nipple sheild but amount of milk I am getting is very small.Kindly help

A. as your mother of newborn baby and you have flat nipples and you can use a nipple puller it is mentioned that it helps also you can express your breast milk and store it for up to 8 hours at room temperature
