Q.

my nipple area is too much black and my nipples is also very small looks like very invisible too tough to feed my baby suggest me too lighten the nipple area and increase size of nipple

A. Hi, every day apply little coconut oil and gently massage on the nipple area before bath. Also latch your baby directly which will also help. you can check with your gynaecologist or lactician will be the best person to guide you and help you. You can also try nipple shield to feed if your nipple is too small.
