My ninth month has started if pregnancy but I have catches cold and cough in throat and feeling shivering with no temperature in winters. What to do?

Regularly take steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort caused by cold or cough. Take on my warm freshly prepared homemade foods. If there is any severe discomfort then consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
