My newborn is in the 4th week. His umbilical cord falls off on the 6th day. But I have been seeing blood stains on his naval for 2 days. what could be the reason? should I be seeing the pediatrician or is it normal?

Keep it clean use some antiseptic liquid and then clean that area after that you can apply TBACT ointment and see if this kind of an infection or still the blood is losing out then in that case you should check with your doctor otherwise clean properly and apply this ointment I am suggesting
