My nephew is 3 yrs old.  why is he always hitting others, throwing things, and every time he asks for mobile to watch videos related to cars. if we don't give, he cries. pls help me as to how to stop his hitting habits. why is he becoming so aggressive?

My baby did such stuff like hitting someone or throwing things away. I used following techniques to stop him - 
1.  Reduce his screentime. Also make sure that you don't have to stop giving him phone all of sudden. take some time and keep him busy with other stuff so that he forget about phone. 
2.  Tantrum - Toddler know how to take attention from others. this is his way to take attention from you. 
3. Give him more time like play with him or take him to the park.
