Q.

my name is chandrika. I am mother of one year old baby. since few days I am suffering from sinusitis. yesterday I consult homeopathy doctor and taking medicines too. And I am taking steam with ucaliptous oil. but I am facing severe pain in I brow area and I am not having cough or fever. please suggest any medicine for immediate relief.

A. I applied that also. I am having severe pain in eyebrow area. please suggest any medicine.

A. Continue taking the steam but after taking the steam try doing kapalabhati it will give relief... also try doing yoga everyday as it will help you with your sinus problems and also other problems related to it.. drink lots of water and also try avoiding direct cold winds and also extreme weather. local application of Vicks too will be helpful
