my lo is 11 months old and I got covid shield vaccinated yesterday evening and have been body aches from last night and fever started thus morng. I took dolo twice since morning (10 am)and one at 4pm ..still I have bad body aches, fever ..how many dolo is advised to take while breast feeding and hrs of gap needed
