Q.

my lil one is 18 months .active n weigh fine. I am finding trouble with her stomach. she is always gassy and had lately started pooping early am in sleep .Is there any issue with pooping in sleep. I am worried for her stomach

A. That is definitely not healthy so maybe there is an issue of gas with your child maybe this is because of that a child does not understand with the child wants to pass gas or wants to poop so you need to teach a child and also if needed consultant export in the area
