Q.

my lil girl is 7 months 20 days old.. she's having fever since yesterday.. we gave her pcm last night and then in the morning.. after medicine, her temperature becomes normal but she has fever now again.. 101-102 degree Fahrenheit. what should we do? for how long should we observe?

A. if it is viral fever then fever will improve in next 2 or 3 days but if it is bacterial fever then kindly meet your doctor after three days of fever to confirm the diagnosis and need of antibiotics

A. she still has fever.. 101-102 .. should we start with antibiotics?

A. you can repeat paracetamol after 4 hours but in 24 hours you can give only four times paracetamol and along with this you can also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature of the body
