my kids is 3 years old he suffering cold and cough and light fever lots of runny nose and will give azithral 200 and levo cetrizine and levo sulbatomol dry cough is too much, pls suggest sir

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with prescribed medications.
Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block.
Use paracetamol in proper dose for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness, poor intake consult your paediatrician.
