My kid stays awake more than 14 hrs without taking a single nap.. she doesn’t want to sleep .. how I manage her sleep routine??

A. the child is 5 and half years old and if the child is not sleeping properly in the night just make a proper discipline and routine for your child do not allow the child to sleep more in the daytime
