My kid's poop colour is green and watery . The frequency of his poop is 5-6 times a day . Dr. advised me not to give Vitamin D. Is green and watery poop is due to Vitamin D . He is exclusively on breast feed . Is this normal ?? Shall I continue to give Vitamin D till one year ??
