My kid is had fever last 3 days.Now he is okay .Yesterday we took blood test report.suddenly his tongue is seems abnormal.is it anything need to worry

It may be due to the medication that you are giving to the child I would just suggest you currently that you can apply Dolo gel regularly onto the affected area and also also please get a check with your doctor because this is a blister medication that I’m suggesting you but what exactly is the problem the doctor can advise you after examining the child
