my kid is above 2 yrs and he is not taking milk fruits and vegetables

A. You can try different recipes like fruit shakes smoothies and even fruits can be added in custard or porridge abd vegetables can be given in the form of roti pizza pulao khichdi vermicelli Upma with veggies and give finger foods

Hi parents please don't force feed your child please make different dishes for your child please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
