My kid is 5.6 years…. He got cough(dry) at last Thursday and it’s cured by Saturday with mucolite syrup and Sunday afternoon he got fever and we put calpol and ibugesic fever got cured Tuesday there is no fever then again on Wednesday fever started but fever duration is 10hrs or in the night it got worsen by 2:30am….pls suggest Wat to do
