Q.

my kid is 3yr old. he is doing potty after 2 days every time. and he is doing tight potty . I tried giving some fiber food after that also not resolved. can anyone give me good suggestion

A. Constipation your child is having so start giving more of fibre and fluids plus you should give prune juice in the night before and apply some castor oil in the navel of the child and start the day with a glass of warm water and try and include at least one glass of buttermilk in the diet I think these things will help
