My kid is 2year old. Her hp level is 9.8 what foods can improve hp level?

A. Hello good evening !! For improving Haemoglobin levels (Hb level) include Iron rich foods - Leafy vegetables (spinach,kale, amarnth), fruit and vegetables (raisins,dates, grapes, prunes, figs, carrot, beetroot, sweet potato), Pomegranate, nuts, egg, meat liver, Jaggery, ragi, adequate water in regular diet. Consult Paeditrician for Iron supplements.
