My kid is 2 year 2 months old he got a cold while we travelling on 18th night and then we reached flat which was closed from last few months I think because of dust he had running nose for day then starts little cough with no fever.. but from 2 days I observed he is getting fever only at night time not day time what could be the reason should I visit to doctor ?

A. cold and cough seems yo be due to dust allergy. and onset of fever can be secondry infection. it is preferable to consult yoyr doctor in person. o k
