my kid is 2 and he is having swelling on his palms wat can be done???

Swelling can be due to mosquito bite. Check for this. Apply ice pack on the hand to give relief from swelling. If it is itching also then apply coconut oil to get relief from itching.
Use #Babyhug mosquito repellent roll on or patches to get rid of the mosquitos.
