ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. yes, during fever make sure to keep yiur child hyderate, give him milk, milk shakes, coconut water fruit juice soups, dal khichdi, raab suji upma, dal roti, idli, chilla, dalia.
