My kid height is less as compared to same age kids. Any tips to increase height?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi first ,each and every child is unique and having unique physique. so , never compare your child with others. mam , height mostly determined by genetics. so please don't get panic for this much. give Healthy diet which includes green veggies, multigrain food, nuts , dry fruits etc encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping, etc which can help in this.
