Q.
my kid has snoring while sleeping since from birth...some times she is having runnynose....at night she will sleep deeply..left nostrail is bigger than right..I mean swelling..at night she sets automatically and sleeps..but she opens her mouth while sleeping

It can be considered as normal according to the age as per the details you have already mentioned but if at all in addition to this there is any other factor that you think is considerable and is a matter of concern then you should visit your pediatriciav nn who can guide you in a proper way after knowing complete details.
