The best home remedies to apply cucumber juice regularly you can do it twice or thrice in the day and specially in the night before sleeping at once in the morning after a bath also you have to understand what’s the reason behind the most common issue got too much of time second is deficiency of multivitamins and third is not having improper sleep because the kids should sleep for at least 8 to 9 hours at a stretching this age in the night so look for these factors also so that you can work accordingly
