my kid has cold and cough and sometime his temperature is high at the same time his body temperature cool down without the medicine

A. That can happen sometimes which is completely normal so there is no problem in that and if you’re facing any problem with the switching temperature or rising or lowering down of the temperature over the period then you can consult your doctor once
