my kid got viral fever it's lost after 3 days but again fever is back on next day night is it normal or anything serious

A. Usually viral subsides within 3 to 5 days but still if fever is coming then you should consult the doctor once and try giving mire liquids and us any other symptoms like cough cold are there?
